Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Barkhill Corporation SRL, as data controller for its website and as data processor for customer workspaces, handles personal data.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, company), usage data (pages viewed, feature events), billing data (via our payment processor), and any content you upload to your workspace.

Why we process it

To provide the Services, authenticate you, invoice you, respond to support requests, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations (accounting, VAT, e-Factura).

Legal bases (GDPR)

Performance of contract for providing the Services, legitimate interest for product analytics and security, legal obligation for accounting records, and consent where explicitly requested (e.g. marketing emails).

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors strictly needed to run the Services (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, AI model providers for in-product AI features). A current list is available on request.

Retention

Workspace content is kept for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after cancellation, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting records — 10 years under Romanian law).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Write to privacy@cenatrix.com. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

International transfers

Data is stored in the European Union. Where sub-processors process data outside the EU we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and appropriate safeguards.
