Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cenatrix platform, websites and services (the "Services") provided by Barkhill Corporation SRL ("Cenatrix", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, in EUR unless otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice for existing subscriptions.

3. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Services, including by reverse engineering, reselling access without permission, sending spam, uploading malware, or using the Services to violate applicable law.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant Cenatrix a limited license to process that data solely to provide, secure and improve the Services. We do not sell customer data.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practical.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cenatrix's aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. The courts of Bucharest have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
